Is ProjectsPilot free to use?
Yes. The Free plan builds your study plan towards your exam date and shows the next 7 days of it at a time, plus the daily current-affairs feed, revision flashcards, the first topic of every subject, the ranked mock test, and a daily allowance of AI tutor messages and answer evaluations. The ranked mock is free on every plan and never counts against the monthly mock-test quota. No card is needed to start.
Do you offer a free UPSC mock test?
Yes — a ranked mock test, free on every plan. Everyone sits the same bilingual (English and Hindi) Prelims paper, marked the way UPSC marks: +2 for a correct answer, −0.66 for a wrong one. At the reveal time stated for that paper you get the answer key with explanations, your rank across everyone who sat it, and a topic-wise breakdown. It does not use up your plan's monthly mock-test quota — a free account is the only requirement.
What do I get by upgrading?
Higher (or removed) daily and monthly caps on the AI tutor, answer evaluation and mock-test generation, every current-affairs deep dive unlocked, and full access to the topic briefs and reading materials. The ranked mock sits outside all of that — it stays free on every plan, including Free.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, anytime from your Profile page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, then drops back to Free. One-time cycle passes do not auto-renew at all.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are handled per our published Refund Policy. Because the Free plan lets you try every core feature before paying, we recommend starting there.
Is ProjectsPilot available in Hindi?
Yes. The interface, the study plan, current affairs and answer evaluation all work in Hindi — switch language any time from Settings.
