What is ProjectsPilot?
ProjectsPilot is an AI-powered preparation platform for India's UPSC Civil Services Examination, covering Prelims, Mains and the Interview. It gives each aspirant a day-by-day study plan to the exam date, daily current affairs mapped to the official syllabus, an AI tutor, AI evaluation of handwritten or typed Mains answers, mock tests under UPSC marking and spaced-repetition revision — in English and Hindi.
Is ProjectsPilot free?
Yes, there is a free plan and no card is needed to start. It builds your study plan towards your exam date and shows the next 7 days of it at a time, and includes the daily current-affairs feed, revision flashcards, the first topic of every subject, the ranked mock test, and a daily allowance of AI tutor messages and answer evaluations. Paid plans raise those limits and unlock the whole rota, every current-affairs deep dive and the full topic briefs.
Does ProjectsPilot have a free UPSC mock test?
Yes. ProjectsPilot publishes free ranked mock tests and opens each one to everybody with an account, at no cost. Each is a bilingual UPSC Prelims paper marked +2 for a correct answer, −0.66 for a wrong one and 0 for an unattempted one, with one attempt per person inside a fixed window. At the reveal time you get the answer key with explanations and your rank across everyone who sat it.
Is ProjectsPilot available in Hindi?
Yes. The interface, the study plan, current affairs, the AI tutor, answer evaluation and the ranked mock test all work in Hindi, and the language can be switched at any time from Settings. Hindi is a first-class medium here, not a translation layer over an English product.
Which exams does ProjectsPilot cover?
The UPSC Civil Services Examination — Prelims, Mains and the Personality Test. Free public study notes at projectspilot.com/learn cover General Studies, CSAT, Essay, the qualifying language papers, the Personality Test and optional subjects, unit by unit, in English and Hindi.

What we believe
Mastery, not minutes. Hours spent are a weak signal. We track per-topic understanding, mock test trends, and revision intervals — and rebalance your plan when the data calls for it.
Hindi is a first-class language. Not an afterthought. Topic notes, the AI tutor, answer evaluation and the ranked mock test work in Hindi too — because the medium you think in shouldn't be the thing that holds you back.
Honest pricing. A free tier that actually does enough to be useful. Paid tiers priced on the plan card. No hidden top-ups. Cancel anytime.
Your data is yours. Export what you've written, close your account, take your progress elsewhere — whenever you like. We only email you about your account or things you opted into, and we don't share your phone number.
What we're honest about
AI is excellent at explaining concepts, generating practice questions, and pulling structure out of a wall of news. It is not a replacement for a thoughtful human mentor when stakes are high — and it isn't infallible. We invest in both: AI does the heavy lifting day to day, while we build paths for human review when it matters (Mains evaluation, interview prep, strategy calls).
We're a young product. Some features are still maturing. We'd rather ship a real, useful piece than a polished demo of something we can't actually deliver.

ProjectsPilot is a product of Aide Tech Systems — a small Indian enterprise registered as a Micro/Small Enterprise on the Government of India's Udyam Registration Portal. We're early, lean, and India-first. When we grow up enough to convert into a private limited company, we'll update this page (and our paperwork).
