Yes. ProjectsPilot publishes one ranked mock test every week and opens it to everybody with an account, at no cost. It is a bilingual UPSC Prelims paper marked +2 for a correct answer, −0.66 for a wrong one and 0 for an unattempted one, with one attempt per person inside a fixed window. At the reveal time you get the answer key with explanations and your rank across everyone who sat it.
Yes. The interface, the study plan, current affairs, the AI tutor, answer evaluation and the weekly ranked mock test all work in Hindi, and the language can be switched at any time from Settings. Hindi is a first-class medium here, not a translation layer over an English product.
